1. How many people have signed up to use the platform?


To answer this question, we need to retrieve the number of unique entries in the User table. By definition, there is a 1-1 relationship between each primary key entry and each user account. As such, performing a COUNT function on the User_ID field will give us the correct response. To perform this function, drag the user_id field into the Measures box of the Chart Creator and click on the blue box to pick the proper function. As a best practice when counting distinct values, even if counting the primary key, select the count unique aggregation function in Chartio.
